Wellness & Spiritual Cupping
Holistic sessions for physical and emotional balance — reviving the Sunnah of Hijama with calm, unhurried, client-centred care.
More than a physical therapy
For many of our clients, Hijama is part of their spiritual routine as much as their physical care — a Sunnah practice performed with intention. Wellness sessions are unhurried: we take time over consultation, keep the environment calm, and treat the session as care for the whole person.
What a wellness session includes
Sessions typically use the classical Sunnah points, adjusted to your needs on the day. Whether you prefer dry cupping only or full wet Hijama, the pace stays gentle and the focus stays on you.
- Consultation and intention-setting before treatment
- Classical Sunnah cupping points, adapted to you
- A calm, private setting in your own home
- Aftercare guidance rooted in Prophetic wellness habits
Privacy and comfort at home
Because we come to you, there is no clinic waiting room and no rush. Female clients are seen by our certified female practitioner and male clients by our male practitioner — always.
Session flow and booking
Wellness sessions are the most unhurried we offer — allow up to 75 minutes. Many clients align them with the Sunnah days of the lunar month; message us on WhatsApp and we can suggest upcoming dates, confirm pricing for your location, and reserve a slot.
Wellness & Spiritual Cupping — common questions
What are the Sunnah points for Hijama?
The classical points include the upper back between the shoulder blades (al-kahil) and the back of the head, among others. In a wellness session we typically work from these points, adjusted to your health and comfort on the day.
Do I need a specific health complaint to book?
No. Many clients book wellness cupping as regular self-care and as a revival of the Sunnah, without a particular ailment. The consultation simply confirms the session is appropriate for you.
Can women book a wellness session at home?
Yes — female clients are always attended by our certified female practitioner, in the privacy of your own home. Nothing about the session requires anyone else to be present.
Is spiritual cupping different from ordinary cupping?
The technique is the same careful, hygienic cupping; the difference is intention and pace. Sessions follow the Sunnah points, are kept calm and unhurried, and many clients pair them with their own adhkar and routine of worship.
