Detox & Pain Relief Cupping

Targeted sessions for chronic pain, persistent fatigue, and stress — planned around your specific complaint after a proper consultation.

A targeted approach

Rather than a one-size-fits-all placement, detox and pain-relief sessions map cup positions to your complaint — lower-back pain, sciatica-type discomfort, tension headaches, or heavy, fatigued limbs. We combine dry and wet techniques where appropriate, and we explain what we are doing and why at each step.

Common reasons clients book

Most clients come to us after living with a complaint for months. Cupping is not a replacement for medical diagnosis, but many find meaningful relief when it is done carefully and consistently.

  • Chronic lower-back and shoulder pain
  • Recurring tension headaches and migraines
  • Persistent fatigue and heaviness
  • Stress held in the neck and upper back

Honest expectations

We will never promise a cure. What we offer is a careful, hygienic session, honest advice on whether cupping suits your situation, and practical aftercare — hydration, rest, and gentle movement — so the benefit of the session carries into your week.

Session flow and booking

Targeted sessions run 45 to 75 minutes depending on how many areas we treat. We begin by mapping your complaint, agree the plan with you, then work through dry and wet techniques as appropriate. Message us on WhatsApp with a short description of your complaint and your location for a quote and the next available appointment.

Detox & Pain Relief Cupping — common questions

Can cupping help with chronic back pain?

Many clients report meaningful relief from back and shoulder pain when sessions are targeted and repeated sensibly. Cupping does not replace diagnosis — if your pain is severe, spreading, or comes with numbness, see a clinician first and tell us about it when booking.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies with the complaint. Some people feel a clear difference after one session; long-standing complaints often respond better to a short series spaced weeks apart. We advise honestly after the first consultation rather than selling you a package.

Does cupping really remove toxins?

We are careful with this claim. What cupping demonstrably does is draw blood to the treated area and stimulate circulation; many clients feel lighter and less fatigued afterwards. We describe it as supporting the body's own processes rather than a medical detox.

Can I combine cupping with my medication or physiotherapy?

Usually yes, and we encourage you to continue prescribed treatment. Tell us what you take when booking — a few medications, particularly blood thinners, change whether wet Hijama is appropriate.
