How we handle health information
Useful health information should make its sources and limits clear. Our guides support informed conversations rather than replace medical care.
Evidence and traditional practice
Our editorial standard is to distinguish traditional and religious practices from clinical evidence, and to prioritise authoritative health organisations and primary research where appropriate. A proposed explanation, an individual experience, and a demonstrated treatment effect are different kinds of evidence. Publication on this site does not mean an article has received an independent clinical review.
Dates and changes
Publication dates identify when articles were first published. We show a last-updated date when their substance changes, including corrections to health claims or recommendations. A website rebuild alone does not reset an article’s publication date.
Reviews and credentials
Client reviews describe individual experiences and do not establish treatment effectiveness or guarantee similar results. Qualifications should identify the awarding body and supporting evidence. We do not imply that a training certificate is a medical licence or a guarantee of clinical outcomes.
Corrections
If you spot an error, email info@hayatcupping.co.ke with the page address, the statement in question, and a supporting source if available. We check the concern, correct substantiated errors, and update the article date when its substance changes.
